Mobile web is essential these days, most people carry smart phones and/or tablets around with them so chances are when a prospective clients first visits your website, they will do so from a mobile device.
Even if a web theme or template is noted to be “mobile friendly”, it may still jumble some text and images or improperly display some elements on your website. This can be off-putting to your website visitors and force them to navigate away from your site.
